Our Process

We believe that in order to work on any third party system we need to know all about the business processes that the software is assisting. We work closely with both the business managers, who possess a vision of the companies future, and the end users of the system who often have a better understanding of the detailed requirements of the system and the bug fixing that is needed.

First meeting

The first stage of the process is to meet with you to discuss your third party system requirements. At this point we will usually discuss the future of your business so that we can ensure that any software upgrade you request can be developed to meet later requirements as well as present ones. We do not employ salesmen and the person you meet will be a systems analyst that has worked on similar systems.

Specification

Depending on the complexity of your requirements we may need to spend several days alongside your staff auditing your existing business processes and identifying flaws and weaknesses in the third party system. We will also need complete access to all third party system source code.

Quote

Following the initial meeting and specification we will provide you with a quotation. This will include our system recommendations with costs and predicted time scales for implementation. For organisations requiring long term support, this quote will include a service contract.
