| Each application comes with a secure content management system so they are easy to maintain. We can also customise the user interface and colour scheme so that it fits seamlessly into an existing application or website. If you require several applications we can provide a single content management system customised to maintain all of your applications from a single menu. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Our Process |
| The first stage of the process is to meet with you to discuss your needs. At this point we will usually discuss the future of your business so that we can ensure that the software system can be developed to meet later requirements as well as present ones. We do not employ salesmen and the person you meet will be a systems analyst that has developed similar systems to the one that you need. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Quote |
| Following the initial meeting we will provide you with a quotation. This will include our recommendations with costs and predicted time scales for implementation. Many of our applications can be provided off-the-shelf so delivery times are often short. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Specification |
| For completely custom built applications we will write a specification document detailing the exact requirements of your system. The analyst assigned to develop the specification will usually go on to project manage the complete development of the web application. Spending time at this stage is important because it can often identify off-the-shelf software products which can be bought in and modified to fully realise your requirements. This can save you considerable time and money while providing you with a product that fully meets your needs. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Development |
| A project manager will work as an intermediary between your organisation and the development team to ensure that the development goes to plan and according to schedule. Complex systems will often be developed in stages and signed off on completion of each stage. In some cases prototypes will be developed to demonstrate functionality prior to final development. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Testing and release |
| The system will be fully tested prior to release or installation and an after sales support period will be agreed. A separate service support contract can also be agreed upon completion of the contract for further development of the system if required | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
