For completely custom built applications we will write a specification document detailing the exact requirements of your system. The analyst assigned to develop the specification will usually go on to project manage the complete development of the web application.

Spending time at this stage is important because it can often identify off-the-shelf software products which can be bought in and modified to fully realise your requirements. This can save you considerable time and money while providing you with a product that fully meets your needs.
